Transitional Housing Program



Goal:
Helps clients obtain & remain in permanent housing, increase skills and/or income & achieve greater self-determination.

Prerequisite:
A consecutive three day stay in the emergency shelter is required before entering the program.

Population To Be Served:
Veterans, single males, single females, couples, developmentally disabled & menatlly ill who are not currently receiing assistance from traditional mental health services.
